NSW Food Festivals
With fertile farmland, kilometres of beautiful coastline and stunning freshwater lakes, NSW has incredible natural resources and produces a delicious array of foods. Across the State, artisan producers craft delicious cheese, bread, pastries and more, which can be sampled at fantastic food festivals throughout the year.
Start the year with a kick at the Lavender, Herb and Chili Festival in Laggan. Make your way to Young - Australia’s Cherry Capital for the National Cherry Festival. Now in its 70th year, the festival includes competitions such as Pip Spitting, cherry pie eating and speed cherry-picking, as well as fireworks, live music and a street parade.
