Teen Pilates and Wellbeing Workshop
Overview
Teen girls aged 12–17 are invited to take part in a supportive and uplifting Teen Pilates and Wellbeing Workshop in Ballina. Designed to promote confidence, connection and overall wellbeing, the workshop offers a relaxed and positive environment where participants can learn practical tools to support both physical and mental health.
During the afternoon session, attendees will be guided through Pilates instruction using both mat and reformer equipment, helping to build strength, improve posture and develop body awareness. Alongside the movement component, the workshop also includes inspiring wellbeing activities aimed at encouraging self-confidence, positive mindset and meaningful connection with others.
Participants will enjoy a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, with afternoon tea provided and take-home resources included to help continue the wellbeing journey beyond the workshop.
The session is hosted by Kellie Coates, a qualified Pilates instructor and health educator with additional experience in neurochange practice and positive psychology coaching. Her approach focuses on empowering young people with practical skills that support healthy habits and a balanced outlook.
The workshop will be held at Lifeworks Pilates and Wellbeing Studio in Ballina, offering a calm and nurturing space for teens to move, learn and connect with others in their community.
