The Butter Factory Restaurant in Pyree is a South Coast gem, located in the heart of dairy country.

The Butter Factory is a restaurant rich with character and history, dating back to as early as 1889, when it was a butter factory - Shoalhaven’s first and at that time NSW’s largest.

For 18 years, The Heffill Family have run their restaurant, catering and events. Well established in the community, the team love sourcing local produce and grow vegetables and flowers in their garden to share with you in the restaurant.

Enjoy rustic and seasonal country dishes, enhanced with many homemade delights! You’ll no doubt smell fresh bread being baked daily on the premises and look out for notations on the menu, indicating locally grown or estate ingredients.
