Written for an Australian and international audience, this 288-page hardcover features over 80 recipes, photography, and personal stories gathered between Québec and rural New South Wales. Developed in Tumbarumba, the book offers an intimate look at Québec's evolving culinary identity.
From maple syrup and seasonal traditions to favourites like poutine and Montréal bagels, the book explores the flavours of La Belle Province.
Annemarie—of Bottle and Brush Studio and the blog Snowy Foodie—will be in conversation with Moyra Shields, former ABC journalist, about the writing and editing process behind the book.
