Hope Brewery and Distillery

Hope Estate is perfectly located in the heart of Pokolbin, Hunter Valley wine country. It is known for award-winning craft beer, Estate-grown wine, premium Australian grain spirits and hosting some of the biggest concerts going around.

Hope Brewery opened in 2014 and kicked off its range with hoppy ales, distinctively recognisable by their black cans and amp design - a homage to Hope's love of music. Since then they've been satisfying a desire for new beers and new styles including NEIPAs, sours, trophy-winning stouts, and even Australia's strongest IPA. By 2020 Hope Distillery launched a range of premium Australian grain spirits including Gin, Vodka and a Single Malt Moonshine now complemented by Liqueurs and Schapps.

A visit to their Cellar Door offers a variety of experiences for everyone to enjoy in one place. With 30 beers, ciders and seltzers on tap, why not try a beer-tasting paddle of four varieties? They also offer a flight of 12 served with a cheese plate. For those who are after something different, their spirit-tasting paddles will go down just a treat! Choose from two Gin paddles, Vodka Paddle, the Pokolbin Single Barrel Paddle or the newly released Schnapps and Liqueurs paddle. All are served with a matching garnish, mixer and mini bucket of ice. All while enjoying the view across the Estate's concert amphitheatre and vineyards.
