Citrus Fest
Overview
Every winter, Kangaroo Valley's backyard orchards hang heavy with an absolute abundance of citrus—resulting in tonnes of pristine fruit unfortunately going to waste. This year, acclaimed local chef and food sustainability pioneer Angie Prendergast-Sceats (co-founder of Two Good Co. and The Valley Table) is saying enough is enough.
Enter Citrus Fest, a grassroots three-day celebration dedicated to salvaging Mother Nature's winter bounty, sharing skills, and ensuring there is absolutely "no lemon left behind."
What's On the Program?
Kick off with a self-drive orchard tour, followed by the flagship Citrus Without Borders 4-course global feast hosted by Chef Angie.
Head to the Kangaroo Valley Hall for Preserve Your Crop workshops (marmalades, fermented sodas, and skincare). By night, enjoy a Citrus After-Dark cocktail workshop with Trolley'd, followed by the lively Citrus Zest Quest trivia night.
Bring the family for kids' science and craft workshops, then wrap up the weekend at the community Citrus Cake Swap & High Tea.
Spaces are limited across all events. Whether you want to master a single workshop or grab a full weekend pass, secure your tickets today and help them celebrate their valley's incredible produce!
