HOME Alstonville x Nightcap Ridge

A limited-ticket dining experience at Nightcap Ridge, in the heart of the Gondwana Rainforest, featuring the acclaimed baked goods and produce of HOME Alstonville, one of the Northern Rivers' most popular local providores.

Part of "The Nightcap Table" series and set within the subtropical rainforest, guests dine in The Palm Room, a Queenslander-style pavilion surrounded by ancient Gondwana canopy, lily ponds, lush lawns and sweeping forest views.

HOME's specially created menu draws on the native foods of the region, such as Ballina prawn brioche with macadamia aioli and crispy saltbush, kangaroo shepherd's pie with bush tomato sauce, and a savoury tart with warrigal greens and pepperberry. Sweet treats include lemon myrtle madeleines, a wattleseed chocolate and raspberry mousse tart, and Home's signature honey cake, made with honey from their own hives and locally crafted Brookies Macadamia Liqueur.

Food, tea and filtered coffee are are included in the ticket price, while local wines from Jilly Wines, native botanical cocktails and other drinks are available for purchase at the bar. All produce is sourced within 50km, with the High Tea exclusively styled by resident event designer Adam Powell.
