Arrana is a brand new, modern luxe fine dining restaurant in the beautiful Blue Mountains town of Springwood.

It has been awarded Two Chefs Hats by the Australian Good Food Guide after opening only 15 months ago and is quickly becoming known as the best restaurant in the Blue Mountains.

Step into a warm space, where the lighting is soft and the champagne abundant, ideal for a romantic fine dining experience and be spoilt by the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff.

This hatted restaurant showcases Australian native Ingredients in every one of it's degustation style menus.

Think delicious starters like scallop, finger lime, apple, horseradish and salmon roe. Or borlotti beans, broccolini, snake beans, miso and native succulents. Then there are mains like native thyme brined duck breast, onion jus and peach three ways. Finish off with a rosella granita, lychee foam and davidson plum powder or wattleseed and babka icream, caramelised popcorn, dark chocolate and red bean ganache with a pedro ximenex jelly.

The menu changes constantly as guests return often, so you can always look forward to having new flavour combinations which are simply out of this world.
