Overview
Gyotaku is an ancient Japanese method of seafood ink printing, and award-winning chef and print artist Ben Devlin reimagines this tradition as special Art & Dining experiences inside Pipit Restaurant in Pottsville.
Pipit is the only Australian modern restaurant you can experience this in.
It uniquely connects food, art and Tweed Coast landscapes like nowhere else, and each print is handmade in Pipit's open-plan kitchen studio using local, sustainable seafood that is also highlighted in seasonal menus.
Pipit is an award-winning fine dining restaurant located in Pottsville 30 minutes between Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Since opening in 2019, Pipit's excellence has been noted with 2 Hats and Regional Restaurant of the Year NSW (SMH Good Food Guide), global Best Chef List, Top 25 NSW Gourmet Traveler, Tweed Sustainability Award, NSW Tourism Awards and more. It is the first NSW restaurant to achieve the highest 3-stars with international Food Made Good standard for sustainability.
