Hunter Culinary Association is pleased to present this one-day-only EXP long Sunday lunch event as part of April's Newcastle Food Month program. For this special occasion, EXP will take over Roundhouse, bringing one of the Hunter Valley's most awarded dining experiences to the heart of Newcastle.
Owner and chef Frank Fawkner will present a curated tasting menu showcasing EXP's intimate, produce-driven approach to modern Australian dining. The menu is built around the best seasonal produce available, celebrating local growers, native ingredients and the quiet craft behind every dish. Expect bold, clean flavours, thoughtful technique and the refined details EXP is known for, from house-made ferments and condiments to carefully considered finishing touches.
