Join them at the Hotel Canobolas for Fire & Wine, an open-air celebration of local produce as part of this years Orange Region Fire Festival.

Group Culinary Director Joel Bickford and Group Executive Chef Danny Corbett will take to the grills and wood-fire to prepare a menu inspired by the region's growers - smoky vegetables, fire-kissed meats, charred herbs and bold, rustic flavours.

To match, a lineup of Orange wines will be poured, from textured whites to earthy reds. Guests can settle into the courtyard's heritage surrounds as live music carries into the evening, while the fire burns at the centre of it all.

Fire & Wine is all about connection: to the region, to the producers and to each other. It's an evening built around the traditions that make Orange such a remarkable food destination.
