Established in 2013, Spencer Cocoa make their award-winning "bean to bar" chocolate using cocoa beans grown on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.

In Mudgee, this cocoa is roasted, stone-ground and tempered into a lively and delicious chocolate.

Step inside the factory for an insight into how chocolate is made, and taste the distinctive flavour of one of Australia's best single-origin chocolates, made from freshly roasted Vanuatu cocoa beans.
