Simon had been baking organic sourdough bread for over 30 years and enjoys sharing his knowledge about mixing and developing bread doughs by hand, establishing and maintaining a "sweet" sourdough starter, kneading and shaping techniques, along with methods for using different flours and finally baking techniques.
The workshop includes a bakery morning tea.
