Overview
Nestled in the scenic countryside of Woomargama, they are a working regenerative farm dedicated to raising real food the way nature intended. Their diverse ecosystem includes 100% grass-fed Nguni cattle, pasture-raised Berkshire pigs, grass-fed Damara lambs, free-ranging pasture-raised laying hens, and thriving beehives that produce pure raw honey—all raised without cages, chemicals or unnecessary interventions, on regenerated pastures that improve the land for future generations. Join them for seasonal dining events that celebrate the rhythm of the land: guided farm tours with educational insights into regenerative agriculture and ethical animal husbandry, followed by long-table feasts prepared from scratch using our own produce.
Everything on the table begins on the land you walk through. From the animals grazing in open paddocks to the honey from their hives and the ingredients transformed in the kitchen, this is paddock-to-plate at its most genuine—grown, raised and cooked here with care and transparency.
With stunning views across lightly timbered country and the rolling hills of southern NSW, our farm offers more than a meal. It's a chance to connect with the source of your food, learn about sustainable practices that heal both land and body, and share communal tables in a setting of genuine rural beauty. Jake & Ann Wolki and their 4 children Otto, Theodore, Esmerelda and Royce welcome you to come visit Wolki Farm.
