Joadja-Brennerei
Überblick
Die Joadja Distillery liegt in den Southern Highlands von New South Wales, in einem verlassenen Kerosinbergbaudorf aus den 1870er Jahren.
Die Brennerei ist eine der wenigen Single Malt-Destillerien weltweit, die ihre eigene Gerste anbauen und Zugang zu natürlichem, reinem Quellwasser vor Ort haben.
Ziel ist es, nachhaltig authentische Qualitätsspirituosen zu kreieren und anzubieten, die dem Charakter, der Natur und dem Erbe des Joadja-Tals treu bleiben.
Das schottische Erbe des Tals und die Geschichte des „Sly Grog“ inspirierten die Familie Jimenez 2014 zur Gründung der Joadja Distillery im historischen Joadja Town.
