Red Head Beach - Hallidays Point
Red Head Beach at Hallidays Point is a quiet beach area just north of Black Head Beach and is ideal for relaxing strolls. Meander along the rainforest walk which encompasses striking coastal landforms as well as rare tracts of littoral rainforest and is a must for nature lovers and keen photographers. The walk takes in two headlands - Black Head and Red Head - and is joined by Black Head Beach. Information about the walk is available from the Visitors Centre in Taree or the Hallidays Point Library.
Accommodation close by to Red Head Beach consists of a Holiday Park which has self-contained Ocean Villas and Surf Villas and a camping area. There is also a self-contained Apartment closeby.
Car parking is available at the beach area at the end of Red Head Road.
