The collaboration of the soils with the sun, wind, rain and forty-year-old vines enables Bimbadgen Estate to craft some of the Hunter's most complex wines to combine with the very best regional varieties from around Australia.

Opening times
Cellar Door: 10am to 5pm Sunday - Thursday, 10am to 7pm - Friday and Saturday. Esca Restaurant: Lunch from 12pm - 7 days. Dinner from 6pm - Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cellar Door: 10am - 5pm. Esca Restaurant: normal trading hours.
