Steeped in history and set within an idyllic rural setting, Briars is a Southern Highlands institution. Established between the townships of Bowral and Moss Vale in 1845, the iconic venue has evolved to become a thriving food and hospitality precinct, and a favourite for locals and out of towners alike.

With a classic, yet relaxed atmosphere you can choose your experience, enjoy a meal with family and friends in the bistro, savour a refreshing ale in the beer garden or share a delicious hand-made pizza from the wood-fired oven.

Alternatively, sit down for a tipple in historic Throsby’s Bar, host a party in the private dining rooms or let them cater for your special social event amongst the picturesque setting of the outdoor areas. Whatever the occasion, they have you covered.

Sit back and enjoy a little bit of old-style country hospitality.
