Boutique certified organic and biodynamic cherry orchard, with beautiful fresh cherries during the December harvest period and value add products.
Their farms are located at Nashdale in the central west of NSW - on the base of an extinct volcano. This gives them rich, fertile, basalt volcanic soils in which to grow.
The altitude and colder nights slow the ripening process of their cherries, which enables greater sugar production, and creates better flavour and a delicious real cherry taste.
