Slow Wine Co's Cellar Door is located in the heart of the historic village of Millthorpe.
Open four days a week, they love to meet people to share their passion and knowledge for the wines from the family vineyard.
They also change into a Wine Bar on Friday and Saturday nights, serving tapas-style dishes for a relaxed night out.
Their philosophies of small lot selection and hand management in vineyards and wineries; use of native yeasts and enzymes; and slow maturation and natural cold stabilisation in the second winter combine to extract every last bit of goodness that the ancient volcanic soils can provide. It takes two years from bud burst to bottle but the results are wines that have taste and texture.
