A hands-on flavour journey through the art of distilling and dining.

Begin your experience by crafting your own custom spirit in their immersive Blending Class, where you'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour profiles before blending your perfect drop using one of their base spirits gin, vodka, or rum. Once bottled, your bespoke 200ml creation is yours to take home.

As your blending session wraps up, enjoy a relaxed transition into dining with marinated olives to graze on. You'll then move into a set menu featuring Toasted Sourdough with Aged Cheddar & Whipped Vegemite Butter, followed by your choice of one entrée and one main per person, served with a side of our Charred Cos Lettuce Salad.

Each participant leaves with a beautifully crafted 200mL bottle of their own signature spirit, making it a memorable keepsake or the perfect gift.

Join Earp Distilling Co. today and start your journey into the world of bespoke spirits!
