Overview
Hotel Canoboas presents Fire & Wine, an open-air celebration of local produce as part of this years Fire Festival.
Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett will take to the grills and wood-fire to prepare a menu inspired by the region's growers - smoky vegetables, fire-kissed meats, charred herbs and bold, rustic flavours.
To match, a lineup of Orange wines will be poured, from textured whites to earthy, food-loving reds. Guests can settle into the courtyard's heritage surrounds as live music carries into the evening, while the fire burns brightly at the center of it all.
Fire & Wine is all about connection: to the region, to the producers and to each other. It's a warm, communal, sensory night built around the traditions that make Orange such a remarkable food destination.
Bookings are not required, this experience includes an open BBQ menu and glass of local wine.
