One of Australia's great food educators, she compiled the ultimate guide to cooking, from ingredients to appliances, seasonality to challenges.

To celebrate 30 years of this classic, Stephanie has fully revised over 1000 pages to reflect the changing face of cooking and produce and changing attitudes to food.
