Hunter Wine Lab

Hunter Wine Lab is a boutique, family-owned working winery and cellar door in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The cellar door is located within the winery itself, giving visitors the opportunity to experience wine where it is actually made.

Hunter Wine Lab produces small-batch wines from the Hunter Valley and other carefully selected New South Wales regions, combining traditional winemaking techniques with contemporary ideas and a focus on minimal intervention.

Visitors can enjoy guided wine tastings, a Wine and Chocolate Pairing, or go behind the scenes with the Growing to Glass vineyard and winery experience, which includes a winery tour, barrel tasting where available, and guided wine tasting. Private, group, and corporate wine experiences are also available by arrangement.
