All living and sleeping areas are upstairs on the first level. The open plan living and dining open up to both a front and back balcony. The house is light and airy and is decorated with local prints and beach style art works.

The three bedrooms and modern bathroom are down the hallway. Two bedrooms have ocean views and sliding doors onto the front veranda.

The front veranda has lounge and Adirondack chairs. The back veranda has a hooded gas barbecue and small alfresco dining table, an outdoor stair case leads to be unfenced backyard with clothes line. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is accessible through the garage downstairs.
