Lake Moodemere Estate and Lakeside Restaurant
Highlights
Overview
Lake Moodemere Estate is a certified carbon neutral wine business and sustainable vineyard showcasing single vineyard wines including sparkling, white, rose, red and fortified. Dine at the Lakeside Restaurant and taste the range of wines in the heritage listed cellar door. Stay at the Moodemere Lake House or Harry's luxury waterfront villas, overlooking Lake Moodemere and on the doorstep of the Rutherglen Loops Cycle Path.
Meet the maker with a private tasting at the Vigneron's Table, or keep it casual at the daily Happy Hour from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Lake Moodemere Estate is immersed in the history of seven generations of wine producers. Wines are sustainably grown with minimal intervention from the rich red loam soil of the single vineyard where vines have grown since 1886. With every wine, you are invited to share their passion for family and country and their joy in the pursuit of excellence. The Lakeside Restaurant menu is inspired by family gatherings, the sharing of food, wine and company, the beauty of the landscape and the bounty of the Estate grown produce.
Lake Moodemere Estate is a destination wedding, corporate and events venue where guests can gather over a weekend or a few days. Buses and groups of eight or more require a booking. Visit the website for more details.
