Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, Robertson Truffles is a black perigord truffle farm that has been established for more than 15 years.
The town of Robertson is noted for its distinctive red volcanic basalt soil, which is known as ‘Robertson Soil’. The combination of this soil, good rainfall and cool winters with frosts is ideal for truffle growing.
During the harvest season between June and August, visitors are welcome to join a truffle tour on the property.
