Dunmore Trout Waters is located on the picturesque foothills of the Western fall of the Great Dividing Range of New South Wales. Situated only 30 kilometres from Guyra and 70 kilometres from Armidale adjacent to the village of Wandsworth on the Guyra-Inverell Road.

Dunmore Trout Waters has a long association with trout and trout fishermen. It was used mainly as a private facility, but with the inclusion of the lakes and the establishment of the lodge, it is now available to all keen fishermen. The lodge's three bedrooms accommodate up to 14 people. There is also a built-in barbeque and entertaining area available.

Dunmore offers both Summer and Winter fishing with a well-stocked selection of both Rainbow and Brown Trout in varying sizes. Restocking is carried out annually, creating exciting angling for both Fly and Lure Fisherman.

The lodge is set on the main lake surrounded by gentle rolling hills and majestic Stringy Bark and Eucalypt trees.

Dunmore Waters also has some beautiful sunsets, and the area is known for star-watching. The nights a clear and the stars are bright. It offers bush birdwatching as well as aquatic birds.
