Überblick
Die zweimal jährlich stattfindende Veranstaltung „Homegrown Parkes“ bietet über 50 Marktstände mit regionalen Produkten sowie Workshops und interaktive Angebote aus den Bereichen Kunst, Musik und Theater.
„Homegrown Parkes“ ist die einzige Veranstaltung dieser Art in der Region Central West. Sie vereint die Möglichkeit, in Workshops und Ausstellungen zu lernen, sich von lokalen Künstlern unterhalten zu lassen, die besten Produkte regionaler Erzeuger zu genießen und den ganzen Tag über frisch zubereitete Speisen und Getränke zu sich zu nehmen.
„Homegrown Parkes“ fördert lokale und regionale Standbetreiber und Gastronomen.
Der Eintritt ist frei. Die Veranstaltung findet im wunderschönen, grünen Cooke Park im Stadtzentrum statt. Besucher sind herzlich willkommen, die die Schönheit der Region Central West und ihre vielfältigen Angebote entdecken möchten.
