Attraction - Museum, Retail, Visitor Information Centre
The visitor information centre is housed in an old bowling club. It was moved to this location in July 2003, as the old centre became too small.
The centre has many displays including a photographic and gem collection, a video of the area to view and information on the district and region including New South Wales and Queensland.
The Visitor Centre Complex also houses a cafe, restaurant and function area, and Billabong Blue Sapphires.
Open Time
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Public Holiday
9.00am to 2.00pm. Closed Christmas Day | |
