  The day is started with a tasting of sparkling white and red wines accompanied by home-made pancakes. Then pay a visit to one of the Hunter's best boutique wineries for a private tour of the winery, which includes a barrel tasting, before a private tasting of their premium wines.
  
  Stop for a mini-degustation lunch matched with wines at an outstanding restaurant . In the afternoon, enjoy a 'make your own wine' class and another two private tastings.

Next is the local dairy for a tasting of scrumptious cheeses before a visit to another family-owned winery that in addition to their estate-grown wines also have a great selection of home-made condiments, jams, sauces and more.
  
  Lunch is a delicious antipasto platter made up of local cheeses, smallgoods, organic chicken, smoked trout, breads, olives and pickles served at another winery. This is followed by a chocolate and wine matching tasting.
  
  The tour then visits either another winery of your choice, an olive mill or a chocolate factory. The day with a tour and taste at the local micro-brewery (optional).
