We think it's a miracle from God that we get to live in
Sussex Inlet and we are
very grateful for our place.
We love sharing it with people and helping them reconnect with each other and with nature. Arthur and I
are basically bumpkins (unsophisticated or socially awkward persons from the countryside) who love our dogs and love pottering around on our block. We started watching YouTube videos about permaculture and off grid living, in 2008 and
moved here in 2017 to start our off grid journey. Our hope was
to be able to make enough money to not have to go back to work. We found 2 site offices and a caravan that somebody didn't want and moved them to the site. With no running water, no electricity, no shower and no toilet, life was very interesting, but exciting too. It's amazing how grateful you become, when you have very little. My sister Ruth, asked me if she could put a caravan on our block as a holiday cabin and we agreed.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
