The Woodlands Place

Located in the diverse scenic Hastings area and situated 24kms west of Wauchope the Timbertown. The Woodlands Place is close to the village of Beechwood and only a 20 minute (12 km) drive west to Cobrabald on the Wilson River in Bellangry State Forest. Historic Port Macquarie and a multitude of beautiful coastal beaches are a 40 minute drive to to the east. Other easy day-trip attractions include Timbertown Heritage Theme Park and Bago Maze and Winery. The Woodlands Place offers easy access to the best of both worlds; private but not isolated.2WD Accessible. We offer a back to basics nature experience, there is a toilet (portaloo) located on the "School Hill" site and available for use by the guests booking that site. All other sites will need to bring their own amenities.  Dogs are welcome but must be under control and supervised at all times.
The property is a working cattle station however stock are restricted from accessing the campsite paddock when booked. 
Woodlands are unique landscapes characterised by stands of trees scattered throughout open grassy areas.
