Blanca, nestled in Honeysuckle, Newcastle, infuses the essence of a European summer into its vibrant shorefront, offering a uniquely elevated Mediterranean dining experience to Novocastrians and visitors.

Inspired by Greece, Sicily, and Turkey's coastlines, Blanca's menu takes guests on a chic culinary journey through classic European dishes with a modern twist. A refreshing cocktail menu and a wine list, presented by local sommelier Stephane Pommier, complement the experience. Blanca's mission is to transport guests to the other side of the world through atmosphere and great food.

Whitewashed walls, a stone terrace, and a shareable menu make Blanca the standout venue in the heart of Honeysuckle, Newcastle's vibrant dining and entertainment harbourside precinct.

Wood Fired Flat Bread and Burek starters are house-made, and the Grilled Octopus with spiced chickpeas, lemon, oregano, and romesco sauce showcases their signature freshness.
