Bullering Guesthouse is a newly renovated house in a scenic location sleeping up to twelve guests. It is ideal for family gatherings or adult groups.

It overlooks the river flats of the Talbragar River and out to the rolling hills beyond. Dunedoo's main street is just a short stroll. The Talbragar Riverwalk commences within 80 metres, with 500 metres of riverbank to explore. Enjoy the natural beauty with its large river gums, experience amazing birdlife and breathe fresh country air.

The main bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two singles; and the third bedroom/office has a double sofa bed. There are another three sofabeds, all with comfy mattress toppers – in the living rooms. It is the perfect spot for families wanting to share a place.

Serve memorable meals in the spacious family room at the large dining table which seats twelve. Or enjoy social drinks and meals outside on comfortable outdoor furniture. Spend cold winter evenings around the cozy fire pit.

Two split-system air-conditioners and fans in every room make the house pleasant at any time of year.

The half-acre block provides space for children to play, and adults to relax, a carport, ample off-street parking and a small shed to house bicycles.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
