Located along Castlereagh St, opposite Coonamble's painted water tower. The Information and Exhibition Centre was designed with inspiration from the Emu foot. The Emu is the totem of the Aboriginal communities of the region, the Wailwan and Kamilaroi, with stories of the Milky Way being an Emu that changes over time.
The centre offers information for the region and surrounding areas, the helpful staff are here to answer your questions and help suggest options for you to see and do. Full of history and locally made products this centre is a must-stop on your adventures to Coonamble.
