The Aquna Murray Cod story began when a collective of pioneering irrigators in the region established an aquaculture industry, from scratch, more than 500 kilometres from the nearest ocean.
Now, Aquna is recognised by chefs and grocery consumers as a high-quality, versatile ingredient with a sweet, clean flavour.
