At the centre of the estate is Adina's cellar door and GT Room a reimagined tasting space that pairs wine and olive oil tastings with a rotating display of prestige and classic motor vehicles. Designed to celebrate craftsmanship and design, the GT Room has featured visiting hero cars including a 1964 Aston Martin DB5, a Ferrari 488 Pista and a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing, with vehicles rotating throughout the year.

Dining is available on site at Estancia Adina, the estate's restaurant overlooking the vines and olive groves, offering refined yet approachable all-day dining focused on seasonal produce.

Guests can also unwind at Reflections Day Spa or stay overnight in The Grove Villas three fully self-contained villas set across 54 hectares, offering privacy, generous living spaces and vineyard views.
