Ignite x Michael Manners: A Four Hands Dinner

As part of the annual Orange Region Fire Festival, Ignite Bar & Grill welcomes guest Chef Michael Manners, former Chef of Selkirk, for a special four-hands dining experience celebrating the connection between fire, seasonality, and memory.

Drawing inspiration from nostalgia, the evening explores the flavours and stories that shape us, re-imagined through contemporary techniques, local produce, and the elemental power of flame.

Together with Julian Veenstra of Ignite Bar & Grill, Michael Manners will present a multi-course menu that honours familiar tastes while showcasing the finest ingredients of the Central West.

Expect wood fire, smoke, embers, and thoughtful craftsmanship in an intimate celebration of food, place, and shared culinary heritage.

Tickets include a four-course meal by Michael Manners and Julian Veenstra and a welcome Kir Royale drink on arrival.
