A spirited evening for two: part chemistry, part cuisine.

Create something truly personal with our signature Blending Class, where you and your guest will explore botanicals, taste test, and handcraft a bespoke spirit using your choice of gin, vodka, or rum. Together, you'll agree on your final blend, which will be bottled as a shared 500ml take-home keepsake, the perfect memento of your evening.

Snack on Botanical Marinated Olives as you craft your boutique spirit, as blending wraps up, ease into the dining portion of your evening with a Roasted Red Capsicum Dip, you'll then sit down to enjoy your choice of two entrées and one main to share, served with a side of our charred cos salad. Finally, finish the experience with one dessert between two, the perfect sweet note to end your evening.
