The Printhie Vintners Table Dinner

This year's Printhie Vintner's Table is dedicated entirely to sparkling wine. Join Ed and Dave Swift for an evening celebrating the wines that have helped establish Swift Sparkling among Australia's best traditional method producers.

A four-course dinner by Printhie Dining will be matched to both a Swift Sparkling wine and a selected Champagne. The evening is an opportunity to compare new and old world sparkling as well as explore the unique expressions of the world's finest sparkling wine regions side by side.

The evening will begin with oysters and sparkling on arrival before guests take their seats in the Private Cellar with Ed and Dave, who will share stories from the family's sparkling winemaking journey, insights into traditional method production and the inspiration behind the Swift Sparkling collection.
