All of the fish is responsibly-sourced & sustainably caught, and South Sailor work closely with local suppliers to receive the best of the local prawns, oysters and fish from the south coast, Australia & New Zealand.
At the bar, the beverage menu is filled with the sort of wines you will feel like drinking with a bucket of tiger prawns! Beers and ciders include a premium range of creations from the south coast & Australia. Not to forget Asahi & South Sailor Pale Ale available on tap.
