The apartment will become your next favourite destination. The flat level apartment is the perfect destination for everyone, located at the front of the complex, you will have unrestricted views and a flat walk across the road the Merimbula Lake.
Penguin Mews Unit 7 also features 2 bedrooms (1 x queen and 2 x single beds) a full bathroom (with separate toilet), a kitchen that includes everything you would expect of a modern kitchen (e.g., dishwasher, microwave etc), a large flat-screen TV and even a washing machine and dryer. Feel at home here throughout the whole year with reverse cycle air-conditioning and extra blankets and pillows to suit everyone’s comfort needs.
