Nethercote Produce Market is held just four times a year, on the fourth Saturday of January, April, July and October.

All fruit and vegetables are produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards and whose supply can be half a bucket of lemons or 300 avocados.

Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning, bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall. Their aim is simply to get fresh local food onto local tables.

Grab a sausage sizzle or bacon and egg roll for breakfast. Catch up with friends on the back deck over an amazing selection of homemade cakes and pastries, with a plunger coffee or chai from our morning tea stall, all while listening to live, local music.

See the variety of produce on offer via the website, including locally grown meat and seafood, locally produced cheeses, jams, pickles, sauces, pate, fermented foods, kelp products, wine and more - everything you'll need for a fabulous weekend gourmet get-together!

Enter the raffle for your chance to win a big hamper of goodies donated by stallholders each market.

Come and experience the Nethercote vibe at the quarterly produce market!
