Rotary Lookout is one of Eden's most spectacular lookout points, with panoramic views across the whole southern section of Twofold Bay.

It is one of the premier land-based whale-watching locations on the Sapphire Coast and New South Wales.

During the spring, humpback whales often come right into the bay to rest, nurse and feed on their long journey to Antarctica.

It is one of the only places along the coast where this behaviour occurs.

Boyds Tower can be seen standing proud on the opposite headland across the bay, an icon of Beowa National Park.

There are free gas barbecues, picnic facilities, amenities and a children’s playground.

Stroll the 1.5 kilometre return Rotary Walk along the headland, where you'll encounter a coastal pine forest, tea tree tunnels, elevated vantage points and Marine Rescue precinct.

Disabled access available, contact operator for details.
