After three successful years, the Highland Valley Forage in Oct 2022 to tell the story, through food and wine, of how the Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and Coast South of Sydney are connected.

This is no ordinary ten-course degustation lunch. The Forage is a degustation meal enjoyed as you stroll leisurely along on a flat, beginners walk and take in the natural beauty of Morton National Park when the spring wildflowers are in bloom.

The event menu will be comprised of dishes from local gastronomic artisans; Shoalhaven Heads dining team from Bangalay Villas, Kangaroo Valley locals from Hampden Deli and Highland favourites the team at Birch Restaurant as well as Blackhen Kitchen. Expect a cleansing shot from Bare Bites Bowl and Brew, cheese from Pecora Dairy, ice cream from Sweet Treat Gelato Bar and cake from Decadence Cake and Desserts as well as great local wines.

Parking at Osborne Park Showground in Kangaroo Valley with a bus ride to and from the walk is all part of the ticket price.
