Poachers by Fire is a relaxed yet refined evening where Chef Adam Wilson and Chef Jack Huxtable will start by cooking over an open fire in the Kitchen Garden, followed by a seated main and dessert in the restaurant. A glass of Poachers Vineyard Blanc de Blanc (or other beverage) can be enjoyed as you enter the garden.
Guests will be guided through their thoughtfully curated menu inspired by winter and its produce.
