The Garden of Hope is being developed as a great multifunctional family place on 16 acres of land by the edge of Lake Hawthorn, just out of Mildura. Garden of Hope is for all ages and people groups with a playground, games and activities for all, an 18-hole mini-golf course, a kiosk, souvenirs, café, drinks and ice-creams, and is available for various functions including birthdays, weddings, wakes and specialty groups and your special occasion.

There are also beautiful gardens filled with creative artwork and inspirational quotes with Hope as the theme. 

Garden of Hope aims to provide an inspirational place for individuals, families and groups to come, relax, have fun, play games or enjoy a coffee, wander the gardens by the lake and be inspired by Hope to keep going no matter how tough it gets. The water, birds, gardens, flowers, music and quotes make it the perfect place to relax, unwind and be encouraged.

There will be various community Fun Day events held each year as well as fun motivational programs encouraging people to be full of Hope.

Entry fee applies.

Have step free access to restaurant, lounge and bar

Have wheelchair access to amusements and activities including boats and bush trails (includes tour rides, skyways, trolley cars, flying fox, amusement rides and boating)

Have wheelchair accessible picnic tables (picnic tables require 720mm knee clearance and 800mm maximum height)

Use easy read fonts in your signage and communication materials (Helvetica and Arial)

Use floors/coverings which are slip resistant, firm and smooth

Use Plain English / easy read signage and information (includes menus and emergency information)
