For nearly a decade, The Journey podcast has captured the untold stories of the local legends, quiet achievers, and community builders who make Albury-Wodonga a vibrant home. These stories are the very heart of our regional identity, proving that ordinary individuals often have the most extraordinary experiences.

BMG Partners invites you to Stories That Bind Us, a special community event honouring the people and shared moments that connect you. Through storytelling, you strengthen your region, one conversation at a time.

Join the community for a memorable evening hosted by The Journey host and 1494 2AY's Matt Griffith. The event features an uplifting panel discussion with three remarkable guests:

Michelle Hensel (Chair, Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund): A cancer survivor who built a legacy of hope, ensuring vital regional care.

Guru Ghuman (Guru's Café & Meraki Kitchen): A beloved community figure known for his warmth and commitment to bringing people together.

Wassim Saliba (La Maison Restaurant): Born in Lebanon, he built thriving businesses and deep connections in Albury-Wodonga.

Together, they will explore stories of resilience, belonging, compassion, and the unique strengths of regional communities.

Free event, complimentary wine and canapes. Bookings essential.
