The Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival is now clearly established as one of the premier country racing carnivals in Australia. Winner of the prestigious Racing NSW award for the ‘Most Popular Country Feature Race meeting’ in 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2003.
The Albury Gold Cup is recognised as an icon event for the fast developing city of Albury. With over AUD770,000 in prize money, trophies and bonuses on offer over two days with the feature race – AUD200,000 Listed Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup (2000m).
The two day 2023 Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival will be held, Thursday 23rd March and Friday 24th March 2022.
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
